As part of its growth-focused evolution, Cummins-Wagner Co., Inc. is excited to share several personnel announcements regarding key leadership changes and promotions, effective immediately.
Paul Bement Promoted to President
Paul Bement has been appointed the new President of Cummins-Wagner. In this critical role, he will oversee the company’s daily operations and report directly to Doug Ardinger, CEO and Board Chairman. Doug will assist with the transition while continuing to prioritize strategic initiatives.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Paul holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. He began his career as an engineer at The Wine Group, focusing on refrigeration systems. Since joining Cummins-Wagner in 2016 in the EPS packaged systems division, Paul has quickly advanced, first to Vice President of EPS and then to Vice President of Operations in 2022.
Paul’s leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical approach have been crucial in managing distribution, service, and packaged systems. He enjoys woodworking and home renovations and is married with two sons.
Amanda Wickham Promoted to Vice President of HR Management
Amanda Wickham has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resource Management and Corporate Communications. In this role, she will manage all aspects of HR, internal communications, and marketing strategies.
With over 10 years of experience in personnel management and organizational development, Amanda graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Southern Mississippi. After serving as a Force Support Officer in the United States Air Force for five years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry. In 2021, she joined Cummins-Wagner as a Human Resource Specialist and quickly became Manager of the HR Department.
Currently pursuing a graduate program in Human Capital Development, Amanda is also working toward her Human Resources Senior Certified Professional credentials. She and her husband have three children and love to travel, exploring new cultures and adventures together.
Mike Bonds Promoted to Vice President of Maryland Service
Mike Bonds has been elevated to Vice President of the Maryland Service Department & EESCO Pump & Valve Division. He will oversee operations and strategic direction for both departments, focusing on enhancing service quality and sales processes.
With extensive experience in the service industry, Mike has worked with Sunbelt, Godwin Pumps, and Alban in roles such as Branch Manager and Pump & Power Project Manager. His commitment to safety and customer service excellence has defined his career.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys offshore fishing, cooking, carpentry, and spending quality vacations with his family.
