Siewert Equipment is authorized for Service & Repair by numerous companies including Flowserve Pump, Flowserve Seal, Ingersoll-Dresser, Worthington, Grundfos Pump, Morris Pump, Pentair, Aurora, Layne & Bowler, Verti-line, IDEX, Viking, Ebara, Environment One Corporation, and Gorman-Rupp Pumps.
Maintenance and repair services are coordinated from Service Centers based in Rochester & Albany and supported by a diverse service staff with many years of education, training, and experience. Siewert Equipment employs approximately 14 Service Technicians available for a wide variety of pump maintenance and repair services. Our Service Manager has been employed with Siewert Equipment since 1995 and was previously our Applications Engineering Manager; our Assistant Service Manager has been employed with Siewert Equipment since 1976 and has extensive experience with maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
Four full-time Service Coordinators with parts and service training and experience are dedicated to our Service business and reinforced by a separate Parts team. The expertise of our Service organization is uniquely reinforced with Pump Improvement & Reliability Engineering positions.
